Anita Barone

Barone was portrayed as Gail Cunningham, a chef in Seinfeld's show The Shoes from the fourth season. She was in search of Elaine Benes' shoes. The early 1990s saw her was a regular cast member in the show Carol & Company with actress Carol Burnett. Barone was Carol Willick Ross Geller's ex-wife during the first Friends appearance. Jane Sibbett was her replacement after Barone left Friends to pursue a role which required more time. Barone appeared in The Jeff Foxworthy Show in its first season (from 1995 to 1996) before appearing on The War at Home between 2005 to 2007. Barone played co-star with Daddio in the year 2000. Her other TV credits include Desperate Housewives: Curb Your Enthusiasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline in the City Party of Five and The Larry Sanders Show. In 2004, Barone was awarded the 2005 Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award for her work in The feature film One Last Ride. Barone's recurring role in the Disney Channel show Shake It Up began in 2010, three years after The War at Home finished it's running. She was the character Georgia Jones, the mother of Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones. She was married to actor Matthew Glave guest starred in two episodes of Shake It Up as J.J. Jones the former husband of the character played by Barone.
